This workshop offers healthy and natural alternatives to help our bodies deal with
stress without necessarily getting rid of the cause of the stress!!
Adrenal glands help our bodies to deal with stress. Prolonged stress can place enormous
pressure on our bodies.
This can mainfest in numerous conditions: ME, IBS, Excess fat around the Middle, Diabetes,
Cardio-vascular Conditions, Alzheimers, Cancers, Skin Conditions and many more.
The workshops aims to educate and provide interesting and practical information on optimum
health to help deal with Stress related conditions.
We have taken a three-tiered approach with focus on exercise, food and natural remedies to
promote health.
